RSVP

• RSVPs are required for the Gala. Be sure you have RSVPd and please encourage your Westgate friends and family to RSVP if they haven’t yet. RSVP here.

Tickets

• You will not need to bring paper or digital tickets with you to the Gala. We will have your names on a list at the door.

Dress Code

• Business casual suggested, but feel free to come as you are.

Childcare

• Childcare will not be provided. There will be a designated room set apart from the festivities as a space for you to care for your small children and babies.

Parking

• The Rivers School has plenty of free parking! If more parking is needed, we will arrange overflow parking at Westgate Church, with a shuttle between locations.
• (More information - perhaps a map, yard signs, and/or parking assistants to come later.)

• While the Gala is free to attend, please consider donating if you are able: https://50yearswestgate.org/donate-now/. 
• Your donations will directly support the 50th Anniversary Weekend - including welcoming back former pastors and hosting a meaningful celebration for our church family.
• Any remaining funds will go to the General Fund.
