The Founding of Westgate Church
Westgate Church was founded in 1975 in the heart of Weston by the joining together of a small group of devoted families from the area and a team of young adults from the student ministry of Park Street Church in Boston. Their vision was to create a welcoming place for worship and community engagement. Over the years, the church became a cornerstone of the local community, known for its inclusive and caring environment.
The initial years were filled with challenges and triumphs, as the founders worked tirelessly to establish a place of worship that resonated with the values of love, faith, and community service. Their dedication laid a strong foundation for the vibrant community that Westgate Church is today.
